If it's not listed under Total jobs in DM portlet and you've tried clearing your cache and reopening the portlet,you can try logging onto the DMV server and running :
"datamove list_jobs".
or "datamove delete_job -job_name yourjobname -all"
If not found here either, you may want to open an incident with T@YS.
